<p>Diets? Deprivation? Boring lettuce leaves again? Well, you&#8217;ll be pleased to know that it doesn&#8217;t have to be like that. Salads can help you lose weight in multiple ways? Think of salads of your best dieting buddies!</p>
<p>Salads eaten with every meal will increase your metabolic rate. This in turn will help you burn fat fast! But, you&#8217;ll be pleased to learn that there is another way in which salads can help you with weight loss, something you might not be aware of! Eating junk foods alone is not okay, but if you eat salads with junk foods, you will be able to offset any further weight gain!</p>
<p>You have probably tried almost all the available fad diet plans out there and still failed miserably and are beginning to wonder how salads can help you so much.</p>
<p>Junk foods are rich in acids and quite often contain a high percentage of salt. Your body binds these acids inside your body, neutralizes them and stores them as fat deposits inside your body!</p>
<p>Green vegetables such as salads contain a lot of alkaline which is the worst enemy of acids. When you eat foods that contain alkaline you help to cleanse your body of all the toxins that you have in the form of fat deposits. In this way you will see that you are able to shed all the extra pounds very quickly! The more green and leafy vegetables you eat, the faster you will lose weight!</p>
<p>Therefore it is important to always include plenty of salad with your meal when eating junk food and you will be helping yourself to prevent gaining any more weight!</p>
<p>That is not to say that you can eat as much junk food as you like, with salads, and not gain weight. What you can do is to choose healthier options. A filet-of-fish has fewer calories than a double cheeseburger; a diet coke is healthier than a regular coke. Fast food restaurants are starting to display the number of calories in each of their foods. So it is better to choose something that has fewer calories so you don&#8217;t feel as if you are depriving yourself.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget to include as much side salad as you can but without a high calorie dressing on it.</p>
<p>If you seriously want to lose weight then junk foods should be restricted. Plan your meals so you are eating a healthy well-balanced diet then you can &#8216;treat&#8217; yourself every so often to a fast food meal.</p>
<p>Doing it this way will help you to lose weight very quickly! Remember that the faster you lose weight, the sooner you can get the slim body you have always dreamed about!</p>

We all have six pack abs right now. Problem is the majority of us can’t see them because they are covered by a layer of fat. This is why doing endless ab exercises don’t work. You will never see your abs until you lose all of your belly fat which is covering them up. Hence, this article will show you how to lose fat and reveal your ripped abs.<br/><br/>I know it sounds outrageous to recommend eating junk food to get ripped abs, so let me clarify. I don’t recommend eating nothing but junk food. That is obviously unhealthy. However, if you want to lose belly fat and get ripped abs you should eat junk food whenever you want.<br/><br/>4 reasons why…<br/><br/>1. HELPS KEEP OUR CRAVINGS IN CHECK<br/><br/>By allowing yourself to eat whatever you want, you are no longer depriving yourself of having anything. This goes a long way in keeping your cravings under control. Let’s face it, the reason why so many of us fail, is because our cravings become unbearable. Usually these cravings are for the foods that we are depriving ourselves from having.<br/><br/>So the key here is, to not deprive yourself of anything. Doing so only encourages your cravings to intensify, to the point that sooner or later, you will succumb to the pressure.<br/><br/>2. IT IS MUCH EASIER AND IT WORKS<br/><br/>The absolute bottom line to successfully losing your belly fat is to simply eat less food than you burn off. Pretty obvious I know, but it’s true. Forget the thinking that a certain food is making you fat, because it doesn’t. Too much food makes you fat!<br/><br/>A calorie is a calorie. There is no difference between a calorie from a carrot, and a calorie from a donut. It is all a form of energy that can be burnt off, or stored as fat if not used. Knowing this, wouldn’t it make sense to eat foods you enjoy? Wouldn’t this make losing fat a hell of a lot easier?<br/><br/>Let me ask you this. If I crave something, I have it, but I don’t feel the urge to eat massive quantities of it to make up for weeks of deprivation. I also enjoy eating healthier now, but if I crave a piece of chocolate, you better believe I’ll have apiece. (If not, a week from now I might explode and eat 10 pieces!)<br/><br/>4. CONSISTENCY<br/><br/>You will never lose your excess belly fat and get ripped abs if you lack consistency. You need to able to stick to a program long enough to lose the amount of fat necessary to see your abs. The general rule of thumb is to lose 1-2 pounds of fat a week. Therefore if you need to lose 20 pounds, you want to be consistent for 10-20 weeks.<br/><br/>This is the reason why I recommend eating whatever you want. It will make it a lot more enjoyable, and a lot easier to maintain the consistency required. And contrary to what others may think, it does work. Isn’t it obvious, eat less food than you need and you will lose fat. Simple huh?<br/><br/></p>

Others include lack of proteins, vitamins, fiber and other nutrients for a healthy diet.<br/><br/>From the above it is clear that junk food has no health value in whatsoever manner and it is a waste of money only. A healthy diet should always include protein, vitamin, fiber and other nutrients which are not at all available in any junk food.<br/><br/>A large number of leading organizations are engaged in the manufacture of junk foods and many have a passion to eat these types of junk foods. The list of junk foods is very exhaustive and the list   would include foods that are high in salt, sugar, fat or calories and low nutrient content.Salted snack foods, candy, gum, most sweet desserts, fried fast food and carbonated beverages are some of the major junk foods. Generally, they offer little in terms of protein, vitamins or minerals and lots of calories from sugar or fat. The term &#8220;empty calories&#8221; reflects the lack of nutrients.<br/><br/>Some of the important junk foods are Beef Burgers, Potato Chips, Coco Cola, fried fingers.<br/><br/>By spending lot of money we are  purchasing lot of diseases.  The life is to live happily and not to eat in a ridiculous way to have a unhealthy life style.  Having a good health is worth of thousand million dollars and if you lose wealth you can regain but health is not like that. <br/><br/>Parents should be more conscious in selecting the diets for their children and should avoid completely the junk foods, which may not have any health value to their children.  Children should be discouraged by explaining the ill health value of junk foods.<br/><br/>Obesity and gaining weight are the major causes of eating junk foods.  By allowing our children to eat junk foods, we are allowing a society to grow with obesity only. The children will feel bad about their health once they grow and will surely blame their parent for not having properly fed them.<br/><br/>Everyone tries to lose weight after gaining so much of weight by eating junk foods and fatty foods.  Teachers should also play a role in explaining the bad effects of eating junk foods so that the student community will have more awareness about the junk foods. Most of us are much attracted towards the junk foods of various varieties for its tastiness and unaware of their values we are eating and should set our mind to avoid junk foods by not purchasing from the stores and storing in our houses.<br/><br/>Economy also plays a role in curbing us from purchasing nutrient-rich vegetable filled salad with meat and we are forced to purchase a fatty meal from the Mc Donald. Price war should be kept apart and making good food with calorific value should be prepared at home instead going to KFC or McDonald. Eating junk foods once in a while will not have any adverse effects in your body or health. But regular consumption of junk foods will surely put you and your family in trouble.<br/><br/>Those who are interested in losing weight and maintain a good  weight should not touch the junk foods in any form and should eat good diets having calorific value.
